Regulatory status & how Smart Pilot is offered

• Managed account (PAAM): In the United States, any discretionary trading or tailored advisory related to Smart Pilot is made available only through registered firms (e.g., a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and/or RIA) and approved counterparties (e.g., RFED/FCM for retail forex). Client agreements, disclosures, and KYC/AML are provided by those registered firms.

• Amber Equity itself does not custody client assets and does not provide personalized investment advice to the general public.

• License program: If Smart Pilot is provided as a software/rules license to qualified operators, it is delivered as education/software only. Licensees are solely responsible for all trading decisions, infrastructure, broker selection, compliance, and outcomes.

• Availability of any product or service may be restricted by law or firm policy in certain jurisdictions or to certain categories of investors (e.g., accredited/qualified). Nothing on this Site is intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law.

Project OPM (funding concierge)

Amber Equity is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. At your request, we may introduce you to third-party lenders and help coordinate information flow. Approvals, rates, terms, and funding timelines are entirely determined by lenders under their own underwriting policies. We do not provide credit repair or legal advice and do not guarantee funding outcomes.

Partnerships, referrals, and compensation

We partner with RIAs/CPAs, publishers, creators, and other distribution channels. Where permitted, a partner or solicitor may receive compensation (e.g., a revenue share, referral fee, or fixed placement) for introductions or marketing. Compensation does not change your fees and should not be considered an endorsement of suitability. If you were referred, you may request details of such arrangements. Where required, solicitors operate under a registered firm’s compliance program.

Performance, back-tests, and testimonials
